• Due to rising costs of material and labor, RENOVATION RESOURCES reserves the right to make updates to this estimate after 14 days of receipt of this estimate.
*** Invoicing & Payment. Invoice will be issued to Client upon completion of the Work. Unless otherwise agreed to, Client shall pay invoice within 10 days of Client's receipt of the invoice. Client shall also pay a late charge of 1-1/2% per month on all balances unpaid 11 days after the invoice date. In the event an action at law must be initiated by RENOVATION RESOURCES the Client agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the County in which RENOVATION RESOURCES is located. RENOVATION RESOURCES shall be entitled to recover its attorneys' fees and costs, as well as pre-suit collection efforts if it is the prevailing party.***
• A 30% Deposit is required on all projects greater than $10,000; unless other arrangements are agreed to by both parties.
